Refund policy
Last updated: 8 August 2026. This policy applies to paid Apicompute Hub courses and consultation packages purchased directly from us. Statutory consumer rights in Germany remain unaffected where they grant broader protection.
Refund eligibility
Full refunds are available if you cancel a cohort Lab Seat at least 7 full days before the first live clinic and you have not downloaded restricted worksheet packs. Negotiation Studio and Season Retainership packages may be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no live session has occurred and no substantial written deliverable has been issued.
Timeframe for requests
Send refund requests promptly after you decide to cancel. Requests received after a live session has started are assessed under partial refund or non-refundable rules below.
Full or partial refund conditions
If Apicompute Hub cancels a cohort, you receive a full refund or a seat in a later cohort at your choice. If you cancel after materials access but before the first clinic, we may offer a partial refund minus an administrative fee of €45 and the listed price of any unlocked modules. After two live sessions in Negotiation Studio, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable; unused sessions may be credited for 6 months.
Non-refundable items
- Completed 1:1 sessions and delivered written reviews
- Third-party tools or event tickets purchased on your behalf at cost
- Gift vouchers after redemption has begun
Refund process
Email hello@apicompute-hub.digital with your full name, purchase date, product name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days and state whether the request qualifies for full, partial, or no refund.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank processing times may add several days. We do not issue cash refunds for card purchases.
Cancellation by client
You may reschedule a live session once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Later cancellations count as a delivered session unless we can fill the slot.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or employer-mandated relocation may qualify for extended credits at our discretion. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may delay resolution while we gather records.
